you said you were shooting for a ship date of mid-2008? thats what, anywhere between may and july.. aside from getting a pretty frontend and stuff, do you really think you’re going to need 3 to 5 more months? or are you worried netplay will kill alot of your time?
Well, I’m going to get the rest of the god powers in and release the January demo. Based on feedback from that I’ll tweak the gameplay while also working on the story sequences. Then I will start working on the network play. So yeah, 3 to 5 more months sounds about right for all that. Hell, it sounds a little short.
Awesomes! Looks like it is coming along nicely, and I love the way it looks when you raise the land. It’s very smooth and organic-looking, especially compared to the first Populous, which is what I expected it to look like.

Now then, be careful about the features you add, or you’ll never finish - if something isn’t working out, cut it, and spend the time polishing the things that you keep instead.
