Viridian’s Video Blog - Syndicate Wars

And here’s a new video blog!

I always liked the look and feel of this game. Syndicate Wars was the first Syndicate game I played, so I didn’t suffer from “It’s not as good as the original!” syndrome.

Of course when I saw it, my first thought was, “Bullfrog needs to make an RPG with this engine!”

Iffen you can’t stand the YouTube, here’s a downloadable version.

An interesting game. Makes me wish I wasn’t such a console game warmonger when I was younger :)

Actually, there was a PlayStation version of this game! It wasn’t a very big seller, though.

I remember the SNES version of Syndicate. I think I rented it or played a ROM, but since I didn’t have instructions at the time, I didn’t know what to do. Too bad, too. I’ve heard so many good things about it.

Used to play Syndicate on old mac. I always got killed by the cops guarding a building. Don’t know if I was supposed to kill them.
