		<description>I thought the Atari Jaguar did multiplayer first. Although that may have never made it past the prototype stage.

Anywho, my buddy had a Dreamcast and I fondly recall playing House of the Dead 2 and Gem Fighter back in the day.</description>

		<description>modem multiplayer and lag? not really.. modems had a bandwidth problem, not a lag problem as such. So if you managed to make your update &quot;packets&quot; small enough, you were fine.

Internet, however, has a serious lag problem. =)</description>
