Elemental: War of Magic : The Boardgame : More Colons
I don’t want to turn this site into “All Stardock! All The Time!” but this was too cool not to pass on.
Brad (I’m on a first-name basis with Brad Wardell! Tee-hee!) has designed a boardgame version of Elemental: War of Magic, which five lucky beta testers are going to get to play. The entire game will be public on the forums. Here’s the starting post.

Hah! I shall remain stunningly neutral in the coming battle. Just call me “Switzerland”.

That looks definately something I am going to buy. I loved the good old Masters of Magic and I used to play Magic the Gathering, now I will be getting a little of both in one package, cannot be anything but a HIT.
Elemental does look seriously cool.
I bought Demigod at release so methinks that I should get an apology by way of a discount for this game. Maybe just a little, tiny discount?
Ah well, I had to try. I am exciiiited about this game.
